What does that mean? Tuning into yourself means finding some quiet time to be still and look inside yourself to discover what parts of your body, mind or life, might need a little more attention and love.
Theres many different ways you can tune into yourself such as body scanning, mindfulness eating, creating a drawing board etc. and thats what I talk about in this episode. 😝😍
