If I had it my way, I would make it that I could eat pancakes for breakfast every morning and lounge around till 11am.
But of course, this is not reality and if I had pancakes for breakfast everyday, I wouldn’t be able to get anything done…not to mention that I would probably get very sick and become extremely unhealthy.
Creating a morning routine that gets you in a productive mood, needs to be your ultimate goal. Like I always say, part of loving yourself is balancing your mind, body and soul and when they’re balanced, you will feel clear minded and ready to take on the day.
